Expecting this to be a short beta cycle then for release of 14.6 in May;

Availability

"Apple Card Family is coming in May to Apple Card customers in the US and will require an update to the latest version of iOS. To apply for Apple Card, open Wallet and tap the Add (+) button. Learn more about Apple Card at apple.com/apple-card."

We got a rough date in May?!?

The issue with Call Blocking apps not showing in Settings-->Phone-->Call Blocking & Identification after reboot or force-closing the settings app is still present in 14.6 b2. Need to manually force the call blocker app to update or change its settings, let it time out and try it again to get it to start working again.

Didn't they do that once before? It was a weekend for sure, iOS 4.x or 5.x, cause it was about to expire (back when betas had expiry dates unless removed with tools).
It’s happened before, but it’s pretty rare.

My AirPods Pro handoffs are not doing well with beta 2 and the latest AP firmware. They don’t resume after putting them in. And handoffs between devices is inconsistent.

Sadly it is still there.
Grrrrrrr 😠

Oh, also…

I was on 14.6 Beta 1 and wasn’t on WiFi when this beta was released. I changed my cellular settings to “5G On” and “Allow More Data on 5G,” thinking that I could install a software update that way, but it still informed me that I needed WiFi to download and install.

Am I missing something?

Does the call blocker still work even if it doesn’t show up in the phone settings?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think so. I'm using Verizon's call filter app and it doesn't give any indication.

However, dk001 is using the Hiya app and it shows it as disabled until you get it to show up in settings.

Maybe I’m crazy but, on my iPhone 12 mini, the blacks seems…blacker.
I’m not getting the raised blacks flashing anymore in certain apps like notes, mail, messages however; there are still raised blacks in Photos and surrounding all SDR video. It’s probably acceptable but still defeats the purpose of having OLED.

Really? It’s fixed for me. I’ve sent dozens of various links and they all appeared correctly.

EDIT: we’re talking about two different things.
Perhaps you're talking about the previews as they appear in a received message.
I am referring to the previews expected to show up while composing the message.
Am I correct in this?

I’m talking about what’s mentioned at the 5:03 point of this video:

Help me out here guys and girls:

One of my apps has a bug when the keyboard is used it then makes the screen go black after use. This started on 14.5 b8.

Steps to fix and the apps support promise it works normally on the official release of 14.5:

1. Deleted app and data - still did it on the beta.
2. Restore back to 14.5 official.
3. Then as it was on an official build tried deleting the app and data again - just do everything was sparkling new.

Still got the issue. Does this mean to fix I have to restore and set up as a new phone? Because there is something in my back up, bugging out this app?

Which I scratch my head about because after a fresh install, phone is wiped, of iOS and the apps is then deleted with its data and reinstalled… there’s nothing that could still be lingering… is there… ideas?

Well that's funny, because I was on WiFi when the beta was released, and it still asked me if it's okay to download it via cellular...
