delay lockscreen bug still here from PB1 till now on PB3. Anyone? Ip12
Do you mean that when the off button is clicked there is a small delay while the phone waits to see if you are going to use Apple Pay with a second click?

As is it in 14.6 I personally believe it’s intentional and not a bug.

I don’t think what I described is a bug either. That’s why I asked the question.
Yes i think its a bug, my wife iphone 12p running 14.6 ofc not have delay when lock the screen use power button, i got delay from 14.7 beta 1, before its normal like 14.6 bX, that it my question okay

Still no public beta? I’m so sick of the battery life in iOS 14.6. Worse like my days with my iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. I have to charge twice. iPhone XS Max with 87% battery health.

I am running 14.7 PB 3 on an iPhone 22 Pro. The battery life on Beta 1 was pretty poor so hopefully it will improve.

I notice that Apple Music is using 46% of my battery, background activity. I wonder if AM is updating songs in the background for lossless/spatial audio. I have noticed a number of my albums are listed as lossless/spatial audio without any intervention from myself.

No battery drain here but I am not an Apple Music subscriber. But I did read that Apple was not going to upgrade people’s purchases.

before I jump back on a beta is this beta any faster than 14.6 do you notice a change or is it the same, what's the main reason to jump on this beta

Not fixed
Bummer. Not enough people have complained yet I guess. Maybe I’ll have to chat in with Apple support and bug them till I can get to one of those senior advisors and have them chat with the engineering team. Guess I’ll stick with 14.5.1 where it still actually works till there is an official fix.

Honestly pretty much the same as 14.6, better off waiting for iOS 15 PB 1.

Bug fixes and performance improvements. 😁 Seems perhaps battery may be a little better too but hard to say for sure just yet.

I installed Beta3 on Tuesday and I can say much beta than beta1, no issues far.. I still need to try CarPlay see how it goes, other than much better batt for me and reception than Beta1!!

I’ve been fairly lucky with updates and never really had any bother. That said, with this one, battery life, really plummets once it hits 50%.
