What does this even mean? Can’t sign into iCloud?

Authentication

Known Issues

Signing in to an iPad is limited to apps in this beta.

Edit: copied and pasted the wrong thing.

I've been seeing frame drops on my 2021 iPad Pro 12' since Beta 1. Beta 2 hasn't fixed it. Anyone else? I might try to restore to 15.3, but it's kinda worrying that it is still happening after the new update as well.
