I’m referring to the alert on your watch when you get back home as a reminder to wash your hands, not the 20 second timer.
The UK dictation issue is when you say the word “full stop” and it adds it but then 80% of the time will also add a paragraph. It’s just added one there and then deleted it as I watched, it even occurred within two minutes of setting up my 13 pro max without me even signing in on an Apple ID.
You are very lucky with no delays in HomeKit via HomePod. There are quite a few people complaining of this exact same issue now. HomeKit works great via the phone, this problem is explicitly via HomePod.
And with people I follow in the Find My app, which now supports custom location names, so with some of my contacts when I give them custom names or some of the presets, it might display us something completely different. I have reported all of these, and this particular one they have acknowledged other people have reported it but only with a less than 10 response but still this problem exists.
I don't use the handwashing reminder or dictation features at all, so neither of these affect me; I'm not sure which Find My bug you're referring to, but I have had no issues with the app or device location in the few times I've used it on iOS 15.
While these may indeed affect a significant number of users on iOS 15 (we don't know, because once again, you can't use a small vocal subset of users on a tech forum as a representative sample of millions of iPhone users), they either aren't widespread enough or critical enough to garner the kind of popular attention required to get Apple to address them immediately (if ever).
It sucks, but until Apple moves away from the annual major release cycle and spends a year or two doing nothing but clear the bug backlog, this is what we're stuck with. Celebrate the small wins, and accept that not everything is going to work perfectly — otherwise, we're just going to be ranting into the void forever.
So do I. Maybe by Friday / Saturday. I want to give it a couple of days to settle down before I do some digging.
I hope that Apple fixed some of the smaller stuff.

On 15.4 beta 1 and this version, using Siri to control them will only fully open or fully close. It just adds to the list of things not working for me. Would appreciate if anybody could see if theirs are working correctly or not. As always I do have full control in the home app itself, it’s just when using Siri. Thanks in advance.

Saw Zollo's new video. Looks like the FaceID with a Mask is still only a iphone 12+ feature.

No, but it's a nice touch. Not sure how it decides which new releases to announce tho.. it seems like it's not random, as it's artists I have in library, but I would love some more consistent way of announcing new releases from an artist I would like to receive such notifications for.

Try and make it default behaviour after a new beta. Really helps keep all those settings clean and working nicely.
