It happens, it's based on revisions to the build. This is a G revision, so they had issues with the A-F versions of it.

I believe that was enabled over 5G networks...

I’m on Wi-Fi. I only get 3G at my house. So this must be something that’s changed if you’re saying it was enabled for 5G.

beta 3 with wifi did not skip me, I turned on the data and skipped it and let me download the OTA with data, after accepting this message. before it never left me, it asked for wifi. We'll see if in the next beta it lets me, or is it some specific error.
