Any idea why there is no option to turn off “Yours & Shared” in the photos app when in Library/Days?
When in the all photos view (under Library) there is an option to show just “Your photos only” and “Yours & Shared” but not when in Days: so I see all photos including those shared with me. Is this just another example of Apple’s complete lack of attention to detail or am I missing something here?

Same size for OTA. For release candidates, as noted above, its always the full OS being installed, not just the delta from the last beta.
Presumably no. I don't think Apple seeds these release candidates with the idea that they'll have to issue a second version. They would only do so if there were something in the first RC that would cause a problem if not corrected before the public release.
To add to what @gwhizkids stated. Apple also unveiled the Iphone SE 5G as well as the new Ipad Air. Knowing Apple, most likely a good number of these devices are running, or will be running this same RC build, there probably won't be a second RC build. This is typical Apple when new hardware is announced, they are pre-loaded with a new iOS usually before that same iOS version goes public. That way on launch day, they are all uptodate at that time. Same goes for if "New features" exist on the new hardware that need to be driven by such update.
A good example here, look at the iphones. When a new iphone is released, they are always on the new major IOS build at that time. These are pre-loaded by Apple before the hardware is released to match the millions of units sold.

No bugs here, and 15.4 has fixed what was my biggest complaint about the 13 Pro, and that was that it still felt like half of what I was seeing was in 60hz/FPS or less.
Because it was!
The thing is now consistently showing me 120hz/FPS and everything is incredibly smooth. This is what I wanted all along. It's a shame that I didn't get it until 6 months into the device's life, but alas.

Pretty high here. I have around 10 Gb less of free space after the Update. Might take a while to settle down.
