Siri’s Announce Notifications now comes with a little spoken tutorial when you receive at least your first notification. It tells you you can respond for a few seconds to reply, etc.

The rollout is pretty **** stupid; I have a Family Premium account. Wife and I on same versions… I’m the account holder. She has PiP, I don’t.

iMessage seems for now more stable. Been in and out of quite a few message and the disappearing bar, isn’t.

Safari seems tight. And the bar is shorter in width. Defo seeing more of the tab open on the other pages bar bottom right.

and the bar seems to be staying out the way better, or staying put longer. Maybe the sensitivity got tweaked.

Have you tried restoring the settings on your phone? I know it’s a pain but might help.

Which, if you don’t mind me asking? I don’t want to nuke my phone if I don’t have to.

Though it might be a good chance to see if it restores everything including music like it did when I had the 14 betas.

But you have to scroll to top and pull down. Again extra steps.

Mail search is fine for me and after some investigation I now know why Spotlight was “broken” for me in beta 2. I’m a moron and when I was turning off various Siri settings to conserve battery, I mistakingly turned off Show App in Search for ALL my apps except my most recently installed ones. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Does anyone feel like open/close animations for apps from the home screen are slower?

I actually thought they were smoother/faster. Everything opening/swiping feels smoother than b2.

iPadOS 15 beta 3 is significantly snappier than beta 2. Apps seem to open faster. I wish Apple would ditch the floating address bar in Safari on iOS 15 beta and revert back to something similar to iPadOS/macOS address bar that’s pinned at the top of the screen. Just for continuity’s sake.

Incorrect. I’ve been beta testing on iOS for over a decade and most of the time it’s started working after a beta update. someone said A couple Years ago that Apple tends to break some security related API that the app is relying on, that gets resolved in a later beta.

Last year, it was beta 4 or 5 that it worked again from memory.

Never ever have a seen a banking or id related app that broke during beta testing starting to work again without an actual update from the app developer. It’s usually not just api security that breaks but also the app developers restricting what iOS versions are allowed for the app to “run” and if ios15 haven’t been put into the code of allowed versions it will keep crashing until they update the app and allow the new iOS version.

Is it possible to manually refresh Find My? On iOS 14 the only way to force refresh is to close the app from app switcher and re-open.

I push the X button on the upgrade button, and when I dis activate Wi-Fi and was on LTE, I receive a pop up saying private relay is now activated. My question now is, how can I unsubscribe? I read that iCloud+ is cost a little extra money, and I can't find the subscription anywhere.
