Sure wish they’d add the google calendar widget to the iPad. Works well on the iPhone. Seems locical move to me and would be super convenient for us google calendar users. With every update I hope it’s there, but nothing yet. Lots of other google widgets but no calendar for some reason.
my G-calendar appointments don’t always transfer very well to apples calendar. Another issue.
That's for Google to do, not Apple.

Safari this was well needed!

Was hoping for drivers license in Wallet app.. maybe a 15.1 update but I’m sure California won’t participate :(
I suspect most states won't participate. Though I hope Apple has done some due dlligence and work with states here to prove me wrong.

The reload button was sorely missed. I wonder how they couldn’t have done this from the get go, and needed this long to get it right (as it is now). Even works minimized.

I’d like to see the lock work that way, too. Tap the lock and see details, like we do on macOS. That would be great.

After updating, I was notified about the "Recognize My Voice" feature. It would appear to let me use the nearest HomePod, rather than just the default one. Is this new to this beta? Definitely a feature I have been waiting for.
I got 3 notices of this (just to make sure I got the message, I guess). Not sure if the feature itself is new to this beta.

All the long-press actions in Safari seem to be broken when using Magic Keyboard’s trackpad (address bar, links on web pages, etc.).

One would think apple did their homework on this feature..as everyone knows California is a different state than most others .. with Apple in California I would hope they got a buy in from the state. Fingers crossed

It was mentioned in the keynote that they were starting with the TSA. Seems like a smart move, once the TSA is onboard it should be easier to get the states to join in. That said, I would be surprised to see this roll out prior to springtime.

why do you need a reload button when you can just swipe down
Not every website supports tapping the top of the screen to scroll to the top. It's nice to have the pull down to reload, but in practice it makes things harder on a lot of pages. I also missed tapping and holding reload to turn off content blockers. Glad to have it back.

On topic, I got a notification on my watch as soon as the phone had finished rebooting that the Home app can now recognize your voice. Couldn't catch the screenshot, unfortunately.
I got a screenshot of it if anyone’s interested

My No. 1 problem with iOS 15 betas is the borked face ID algorithm. In iOS 14, it instantly used to show passcode screen if it detected a mask on face. But on iOS 15 betas, it takes forever and tests your patience. Someone tell Apple that Covid ain’t over yet.
This is still working fine for me on 12PM

Searching within the Messages app still isn’t working for me. It worked immediately after updating and now appears to be broken again.
Working for me…for now. But these links and photos sections look new to me for some reason.
