iOS 16.2 - Gapless Playback

My friend just installed the release candidate for 16.3 last night and listened to a Jack White concert, 4 songs in a row and played flawlessly. Can anyone else confirm?

Thanks for sharing – fingers crossed this is fixed with 16.3, and that top of Apple's checklist prior to the 16.4 release will be 'does this update break gapless playback (again)?'

I’ve been having this same problem on watchOS when playing music saved to my watch. I don’t know when the issue started but I think about it every time I’m out running. Will report back after updating my watch to watchOS 9.3 and trying it out.
