They don't add features that require highest level of security during a beta. Features like these are activated with the public release.

Apple fixed the flashlight icon tint bug in 26.1 beta 3. Prior to this, the flashlight icon appears purple in Control Centre, but extremely light purple in the Lock Screen

I’ll try for a 4th time now.

Edit: 5th time was the charm. After I synced iCloud Photos and uploaded it from my Mac instead.

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting before sensationalizing your issues with the beta?

It would have to be released at some point. Why would it not be included in a beta? Are you saying that it would only be a server-side thing?

iPhone 12 Pro running beta 3 - When I go to the App Library and swipe down the screen hangs up for several seconds. I have rebooted several times, but the problem persists. I did not have this issue on beta 1 or beta 2.

The reported size of the update is much bigger than the actual download size.
On my Air reported was 11-12 GB, while the measured data download was only 2 GB.
I wonder why this discrepancy exists.

Lack of internal testing and lack of quality control. It's Apple "think[ing] different".

It’s fixed now after a reboot but opening an apps folder in iPadOS was causing the WiFi, battery etc. icons in the status bar to align horizontally with the right edge of the open folder.
