Updated and now I cannot get a cell signal. It's stuck on SOS 🙄

Restarted. Nothing.
Force restart. Nothing
Turn Airplane Mode on then off. Nothing.

Still getting Home Screen lag, Apple is really trash at this point lol, the regret of buying the latest flagship.
My phone is like butter on 27 dev beta 4.

And has been better in terms of fluidity than 26 since dev beta 2.

Siri was the biggest issue with prompts failing even when connected with good WiFi or cellular.

However Dev beta improved that and since getting dev beta 4 it succeeds 90%+.

If people are still having issues with 26.6, I’d say just get 27 public beta at this stage.

But that’s my experience on a 16 plus.

it could be a t-mobile issue. My coworker says his has been down for 2 hrs and he didn't update
I have an Android phone also on T-Mobile network and it's working fine.

My iPhone was working fine right before I updated. After I updated, no network.

Strangely, Downdetector shows there's a T-Mobile outage.

Was going to go back to 26.5.2 later tonight when I had time, but I guess I'll wait to see if this gets resolved on its own.

Outage only affecting iPhones?

Apparently it is a T-Mobile issue. All you are using the same carrier and there seems to be a lot of reports. Thanks for sharing your carriers in your posts. Timing sucks with the update today 🙂

T-Mobile down for thousands of users in US, Downdetector shows

I never believe these posts honestly. I’ve been reading that “iOS 26 is finally fixed!” since iOS 26.1. Obviously not the case.
You believe all the random negative posts about iOS on Reddit but not the positive ones?

Do you even have a device running any version of iOS 26 currently?

Every single update I’ve been forced to do has been to final (or near-final) point versions. All devices were worsened in some way vs the original version. The “it improves as time goes by” thing is very, very relative. Maybe vs 26.0…

Of course I don’t. The newest devices I have run iOS (and iPadOS) 18.3(.1). And I’m glad, Liquid Glass is (subjectively) ugly.
