Message Spam filtering works, went directly into spam folder, but that message came in at 14:33 just arrived on my watch 3 hours and 20 minutes later marked as unknown but in my main thread in messages on watchOS 26.

Well it wasn’t until recently that I was told on this forum that it was fully functional - that’s why I attempted to use it again. Of course, that wasn’t the case. If I wasn’t misled in this way there would be nothing to complain about. If it gets on the forums nerves then the forum should not be misrepresenting the state of the software to those who have to use it.
I do not do OTA updates nor should I be forced to

1. The forum is many different people, and even if someone "misled" you, that's still on you and not the "forum."
2. You should not be installing beta software, I think.

Tried turning on and off rotation lock? Sometimes devices behave weird after updates. Give it an hour, if it continues, force restart the phone.

On this occasion a forced restart cured it.

Ot depends of you have hdr turned on in the settings for screenshots. The bug only occurs with screenshots in SDR.

That just looks like an undocumented night vision feature to me!

Having a lot of issues with AutoMix on this release. Beta 5 it acted as a “smart” crossfade that would occasionally try beat matching or cutting off silent beginnings. Now it barely starts cross fading before there’s 3 seconds left in the song, even in songs with 20-30s of silence at the end.

Frustrating. Hope they revert this!

This bothers me. I don’t like how the folder is warped through glass. It should be solid like its neighbor at all time, no matter the background. Maybe it’s been there since beta 1, but this is the first time I’ve used an iOS 26 wallpaper. I have to switch wallpapers. Ugh, I love the purple background.

The folder isn't warped - the line in the wallpaper is being "refracted" by the "glass" folder.

It looks strange to me that the compact address/search bar in Safari shows the very end of the link instead of the beginning. In the example below I would expect it to start with “forums”:

I think this is new, but when the phone gets too hot when charging, the battery icon turns white with a charging symbol

Funny, for me it was 1 GB on the 16 Pro Max but 10 GB on the M4 iPad Pro. Go figure.

Do you have AI disabled on your iPhone and enabled on the iPad?

You’re using “Bottom” and not compact. I’ve got same results as OP when changing to Compact.

No, the RC version will be released after the iPhone 17 launch event, with a public release a week later. And as far as I remember, there's no beta the week before the launch event, so I don't think we'll see a beta release that week. That's assuming the event is on September 9th, of course.
