I think new Siri voices are live for British English now - all of the voice options have Pace and Expressivity sliders, whereas before they weren’t present, unless I’m misremembering. Other Siri languages (excluding American and British) don’t have the two sliders.
Not showing for me in the UK… is this exclusive to pro’s/air?

What was wrong with light mode before?
The refractions you get in dark mode at the top and bottom of all UI components were missing, so it didn’t get the same look where it almost seems a physical component is popping off the screen.

Now both modes match, plus dark mode got turned up a bit and pulls a lot more color from surrounding UI. It’s beautiful to me, finally. And that comes from a true iOS 26 hater.

Anyone else noticing clearer UI when set to max clear? I remember DB4 being milkier than this, but I don’t usually use clear…
I don’t know. I would say not that much. Could be a placebo as well.
Liquid Glass has and still does adapt to the underlying content underneath. When there’s black or white underneath it turn a bit more milky to increase the readability. With other colors it becomes more clearer / less milky.

There are still situations where you can discuss about the readability of the UI, but ok. That’s the cost for the transparency.

Am I alone in noticing that when a new email arrives on my iPhone, my Apple Watch vibrates and displays the message while the iPhone screen shows no alert? I have reviewed every notification setting in the mail app, and they are all enabled. I have observed this issue for quite some time.
