iOS 27 Beta 6 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Can someone please check if this bug is present on iOS 27 (it’s driving me crazy on iOS 26): tap on a photo in messages app (either the one someone sent you, or you sent to someone) close it by swiping down and immediately tap on a field to write a message - does the keyboard pop up and close by itself?

Had a recent issue (last beta) where my iPhone could not find my Chevy Colorado.
In this beta it can see the Colorado but is unable to connect to it.
I did the reboot, hard reboot, verify the Colorado was on the latest and greatest.
I was sitting in the Colorado while attempting this.
I’ll try it with the Edge when the wife gets home.
If anyone else has a Colorado (2026) and can connect kindly let me know.

Are the battery percentage numbers inside the battery icon, clearer, or am I just imagining things?

Just quickly checked and it seems to be fine...I also see that Sonos has updated the app to separate music, etc and systems. I like that. I don't tend to use the app very often as I just AirPlay music to my speakers through my devices.
It feels like speech to text has been updated or is at least more responsive in this beta (iPhone 16 Pro, so I'm not talking about the new Apple foundation model). I went to update my journal after the update and the overall responsiveness was faster and there were a few things that it always misspells that it got right.

This was a UI bug on Dev Beta 2 or 3, but since been fixed. Idk why Apple keeps mentioning it

I have downloaded it on my iPad Pro, updating from iOS 26. WOW. It is so fast.

Two bugs
Internet won't connect with VPN on until turning off VPN first (then connecting, then turning on VPN again). This has been there a little while.
Also, in settings, turning off cellular wouldn't allow going back to settings (until closing settings by swiping up)

Shortly after downloading the update, my 17 Pro shut down and restarted the moment I plugged it in to charge. Upon checking, I saw a "panic full" error. When I contacted Apple Support, they told me it wasn't a hardware issue but a software one caused by using the beta version, and that I wouldn't encounter this problem once the stable version was released. Is anyone else getting a "panic full" error?
I have panic full almost every day this last week on beta 5 after plugging in to charge overnight. I’d wake up to my phone not being on WiFi and needing me to input my passcode to unlock after the panic restart.
Is this toggle new for End-to-End Encryption? Don’t recall seeing it before in iOS27.

Long time lurker, first time poster.
Not sure if this is a Find My issue, Message issue, or whatever but locations for pinned contacts only works for one contact at a time.
For example, I have 3 pinned contacts and I have locations for all 3 of them. When I open my Messages app and click on pinned contact #1, I see the location and details once I click the contact details. When I check pinned contact 2 & 3, it won't show their location and when I click the details it says "network offline".
If I close the Messages app completely, reopen it, click pinned contact 2, then I can see the location and details but pinned 1 & 3 will then show "network offline".
Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

On the Magic Keyboard:
Built in keyboard first pops up, and typing is constantly being hidden by on screen keyboard and sliding up so as to cover what you are typing
When placing curser in this field it shows very very lightly and thin
Difficult to see what you are typing, but you can type
Can not highlight text with Magic Keyboard for copy and paste
When removed from Magic Keyboard on screen keyboard functions well
When access this site on safari not the Macrumors web app all works fine with the Magic Keyboard
