iTunes is saying that my iPad is up to date at 4.X.X.

EDIT: Country by country roll out? Not in US yet???

Downloading it now on a work computer...

God help me it's going to erase all my apps and media. Oh well, I've got all that stuff backed up at home. I'll go for it anyway no matter how inconvenient. :p
 
Downloading now (on iPhone 4).

EDIT* Whoa, never mind. It said there was an update and I hit continue, then bam it's gone. Now it says 4.3.5 is the latest version. Weird.

EDIT2* It's now downloading.
 
Just to confirm, for this update we have to be plugged into the computer? Or is this one downloadable through Wifi?
