Mine said it was available, I hit download and updated, then nothing happened. Hit update again, got the message that my phone was the newest version available. Hit it a third time and now it is downloading, should be done in about 10 mins.
Apple must have just posted it so iTunes is having a hiccup seeing it at first.

lol here too! .. I'm going to just do the phone today and then start the iPad first thing in the morning and leave it plugged in all day! .. I hardly ever plug the iPad into my computer!
