So, still noone's tried to downgrade to 6.1.x again?

Really want to know if possible still, even though it says it's not possible.
Yes, it's possible. I upgraded to 7.0 and played with it for a while, then restored back into 6.1.4 (DFU mode) with iCloud backup. All my photos and app settings are intact.

ioS 7 in iPhone 4 isn't great. No translucency, so the dock is plain grey. Plain grey for the phone dial buttons too.

New Accessibility options...?

Choose which apps can use your microphone - not sure if that was there before?

iCloud keychain isn't yet active.

Flickr and Vimeo services built in.

I hope not lol

Why not? It works fine except for the transparency issue at the moment. I was running iOS 6 on a 3GS and even that wasn't that bad at all, really.

I don't know if this has been listed but while scrolling through the messages app the blue bubbles from sent iMessages gets darker as they get closer to the bottom of the screen. The blue starts off as a light almost aqua and then gets close to deep blue...kinda cool, albeit useless, lol.

Thank you

But why the grey background?it's horrible!
I think it's marketing because there's no sense in this design

ps:Could you post some more pic of ios7 on iphone4?like multitasking,safari,music,photos,camera....
thank you,I'll really appreciate

Feels like some areas borrow from the Clear app. Such as when swiping to the left on a text thread it asks you to delete it in red.

If you activate the flashlight from Control Center, it'll now stay on in the background, even if you switch apps or lock the phone.

Someone mentioned manual mode in Do Not Disturb. Can anyone give more details on that feature? Can we assign multiple times when to activate it, or can you only do it for one interval like in iOS 6?

I am testing iOS 7 on my old iPhone 4.

It doesn't have all the fancy graphics that the 4S and 5 would have but it seems to work just fine.

After the initial sync has finished it's as responsive as it was under iOS 6 for the most part (not fantastic but certainly not anywhere like iOS 4 was on the iPhone 3G - that was ghastly) which gives me hope for when I put it on my daily driver in a few months.

I love the floaty icons as you tilt the phone back and forth (you have to apply a panoramic photo for it to happen) but after a while I might feel a bit seasick...

"shimmy"/"parallax" feature works on multiple background layers

The "shimmy"/"Parallax" feature doesn't just occur on the background layer, it also occurs on the icon layer when it's not the top layer.

To see what I mean - open the Control Center and then move the phone around to get the parallax feature working - you'll see that not only does the background layer move around but so does the icon layer (separate movement to the background layer)...
