Now I tried 9.1, same thing, just as bad as the gm, CC still lags, keyboard, multitasking.

We can shred our 5Ss. Damn Apple, I buy a new one anyway but don't let me hang for 2 weeks. 8.4.1/9.0GM/9.1b1 - all are terrible on this phone.

Has anyone installed 9.1 or the gm version on the 4s? I currently have on lying around with 6.1.3, but i want to upgrade for some reason. I don't really use the device, so i don't care if I have to restore it.

Are Emojis really a thing? I'm not old and have never used them aside from sad/happy faces... worthy enough to generate news stories?? Maybe I am old... "get off my lawn".

Just loaded 9.1 PB1 this morning. No problems so far, speed and battery life seems to be improved over 9.0 PB 3.

Anyone done this on a 5s? Public Betas on 5s have been poor for battery life, I dropped to 8.4.1 because of it.

Anything is better than beta5 on the 5S, GM is much better. I've put 9.1 on my 5S and it's alright but there is severe CC lag and a bit of a delay when turning the screen on using the home button (sometimes just half a second, sometimes an agonising 2-2.5). I'd stick with the GM at the moment unless you're actually using it for developer use.
