I'm surprised that nobody has noticed this but after updating to beta 2 as much as 77 out of my 300 apps are showing updates when they are actually already updated!

Ahh. That's what's likely causing my "spinning wheel" issue... somehow rebooting allowed my phone to update a few 300MB apps ota. Good thing I have unlimited data.

Beta 2 doesn't feel any special honestly. Not noticing a difference between 9.0, 9.0.1, or 9.1 beta 1. I'm really picky though, so maybe it's just me.

im not seeing an update for 9.1 PB2 and I'm running PB 1.

EDIT: disregard, thought the title read PB, not dev beta 2.

9.1 Beta 2 seems much better on my 6 Plus compared to Beta 1.Apps are opening faster and the lag i almost gone.Haven't found any bugs yet and i will see how is the battery life going tommorow.

With how nearly all of iOS 9 betas went. The PB will be out tomorrow (Thursday) PB was almost always one day after DP in recent times.

i know, i just misread the title thinking it was for the PB. forgot i didn't do the dev beta this time around.

I think, I just broke my iPad Air 2 with the update. Deleted the public beta profile, did a restart, now while installing beta 2, it just shows the 'spinning wheel' (in the lower center of the screen) with a black background. The spinning wheel's not even spinning ...

Does anyone know if 9.1 beta allows you to stories from the topics you actually choose in the news app, and not just nytimes, cnn and washington post?

I have this bug since iOS 9 beta 1, when I'm adding a new bookmark in Safari (iPad Air 2) and the final animation shows messed up AirDrop icons and other characters.
