Seeing the same thing on my 6 Plus. I've been registered on the developer site for several years and have never seen this issue pop up before.

I get the same error but can upgrade OTA
signed up for beta testing on an iPad pro to see if it resolves an issue with it turning off,if it does solve the problem and apple release the official 9.2 update does the beta testing I signed up to then end or does it carry on for other beta testing of future iOS updates ? If it doesn't end and I have to unsubscribe myself from testing does it get rid of the feedback app that's been installed on the iPad ?

I have the same question. I do believe you need to unsubscribe from the beta program at Apple's beta site, but as for the feedback app I am also curious. You may also need to manually delete your profile for the beta program in Settings under General, too.
All iDevices? I'm not sure where you are getting your information. That is certainly not true of my iPhone 5 or 6. I really think the problem is in the poor implementation of many of the apps you mention. Just seems to me that many developers drag their feet on optimizing their apps for new releases of iOS. Thats not true of course of many devs that are very diligent with apps which perform very well even in iOS Betas. But at the very least, let's not get carried and say that "all" iDevices are impacted by that "s" word.I just hope stutter bug on iOS 9 (5s and mini 2) fixed. It's unpleasant to scroll on Tapatalk, Pinterest, Pocket, Twitter, Feedly, and Evernote right now.
I've read somewhere in Macrumors that this issue happens on all iDevices because of TableView bug. Maybe Air 2 / 6s didn't experience this because of their raw processing power, but it's noticeable on 5s and mini 2 (worst offender).
Oh please not you again. Lost hope? That's sound irrevocably sad. I'll take the Apple engineers any day over the Google Alphabet! Have you used their Nexus "smart" lineup? Not even close unless you start comparing the cheap ripoffs by Google of feature after feature (perhaps Samsung out does even Google!). Incompetent? You are beyond hilarious!Dont care as I lost hope the moment I saw the iPad Pro lag.Apple engineers are incompetent, worse than Google's
You still will continue to receive beta builds for whatever they are testing at the time. The Profile required to install is good for all of the iOS 9 life cycle until iOS 10 goes into beta. Then you need a new Profile for iOS 10 to install to see/receive those betas.
If you want to end getting betas and just stick to official releases when 9.2 comes out. You just need to delete the profile off the device. The feedback app also disappears as that is attached to the profile and not the beta builds.
And that ends the theory of planned obsolescence...
No lag but ugly stuttering on a 6s and Pro? I best stay on my smooth and beautiful 5 and 6 under iOS 9.2 Beta 4! Maybe something to do with your fingertips? There is no lag to speak of on the 6S & Pro... All that remains is the ugly stuttering, that Apple engineers so far seem to be completely unable to tackle with successfully!
Based on what? 5 minutes of usage? You lose all credibility my friend.Battery life of Beta 4 is horrible.
I own both and your assessment is flawed because the Nexus 6P is faster than my iPhone 6.Oh please not you again. Lost hope? That's sound irrevocably sad. You are so right...the Android phone did make it to the marketplace well before the iPhone! Of course Apple copied the very concept of the smartphone! I often wonder how much Mr Schmidt gleaned from Apple before they bumped him off the board of directors. Hard to understand why Steve let him hang out for so long. Funny recently I helped two individuals with the latest flavor Androids that took serious dumps. Guess what? Back to iPhone they come! We can sit here and argue the pros and cons of iOS and Android, but at the end of the day the iOS device is simply more robust and stable. My iPhone 5 and 6 (got rid of the Androids) are fluid, smooth and have excellent performance and battery efficiency. And that's with BETA software. I certainly prefer the Apple way of offering incremental updates to fix internal bugs involving security and efficiency as well as taking care of UI issues that do arise with any new major release. On other hand take a look at the Android world, for those unfortunate not to be on the latest hardware, woe is unto them. But if digress...I own both and your assessment is flawed because the Nexus 6P is faster than my iPhone 6.
As far as "stealing" features goes,Apple has already copied features which Android has had for years and vice versa

From my short experience: you have to delete a beta profile from settings - then feedback app should disappear. And then you will still receive new betas until official iOS 9.2 arrives. After that you shouldn't get further betas anymore.
Settings > general > profileThanks very much for your replies guys.
Sorry to sound thick but where abouts can I find the beta profile as I can't seem to see it in settings on the iPad
Settings > general > profile
It's just under VPN

It has to be something in the file because I've been downloading files from the developer site for almost 2 years and I've never had anything like this beforeI have been seeing this too all week and have tried everything I can think of and was about to reinstall OS X but seeing this I guess it's something wrong with the d file from the Dev it definitely has to do with something in the file plus I've been downloading from the developer site for close to two years and I've never had anything like this before and have tried also almost everything possible
