I said forgive the stupid question as to not elicit rude responses. You responded and provided me with no new or good information. I'm aware of PB's and I just I'm reg dev running Dev Beta 1 so what are you talking about really? I'd say keep your feedback to yourself if its not constructive nor polite.

Short Answer - You need to have OTA Developer Profile installed on your device. It doesn't work like it use to. You install the first ipsw. then you get all the other updates OTA. You need to have the profile installed.

This might seem like a stupid question so please forgive me for asking but I participate in the Public Betas but if they take too long to come out I download the IPSW's from online usually from a French site. My UDID has been registered in the past as a developer account or on but I'm wondering why would I not receive OTA Developer Beta updates like 9.3.3 Beta 2 that came out today OTA? I always have to manually update using my MBP. I'm running iOS 9.3.3 Developer Beta 1 and I don't have an OTA update available....If anyone has the link I would appreciate it thanks :)
Isn't it based on installed profiles on the device now? There's one for public beta and another one for developer beta.

If you were an apple developer, then you can log into your account and all of the information is there about how to install and download the necessary profile and get the betas. If you are not a current apple developer then you cannot get this information.

As I've been a paid-up dev for a few years now, I don't know whether this is true but can any registered dev get access to the profiles even if they don't pay the distribution fee? You can register a dev account for free can't you? But does this give you full access. Can't be bothered to make a new unpaid account to test this.

This should answer your questions.

Seems like they ramped up the animations and transitions so it makes it feel like there is less stutter!

Nope. This is my primary device. My test iPad mini will soon be abandoned to dust bin.
What he was saying is that had there not been a beta today you would've been just fine on the stable 9.3.2 release. It was in response to your initial comment that Apple had forgotten us.

I also get this impression of smoothness but even I am equally suspicious that it's placebo.
I don't think it is. So far, so good. Seeing much smoother animations and no lag. also seeing slightly improved battery.

Just in time for iOS 10 beta to butcher it all up ;))

Some of us get high on software. I'd need to go to rehab to get back on public release software at this point.

I've been running every beta possible since my first iPhone 3GS in 2009 and it's been great. Some have been worse than others, but I'm usually never that far away from my desk or a charger. The excitement is worth dealing with occasional bugs! Can't wait for iOS 10!

Any improvements so far? And is it worth to upgrade from 9.3.2?
Battery life seems to be better on my 6s. Stand by drainage seems to be down, and there is less background usage time being added to my total time than on previous builds, including 9.3.2. I am definitely happy with it.

Stand by drainage is about 8mAh compared to 11+mAh on 9.3.2. Thats with nothing running in the background, all apps closed.

I'm sorry how do you measure the consumption in mAh? Did you mean percentage?

Battery draining is not a first thing on my cell, my Bluetooth is always active and Apple Watch connected :) so it's draining anyway, less or more :) what about the performance ? Lagging etc.?

Coconut Battery and other similar apps show current discharge and charging rates.

I should mention, those discharge rates do include my Apple Watch being connected.

Anyway, performance wise seems about the same. No noticeable lag on my device. The only time I have had lag was with 9.3.2 Beta 2 & Beta 3.

On a side note, has anyone noticed you can no longer open CC when Siri is activated? I guess they finally got rid of that because it was riddled with lag and made no sense to begin with.

Sure you can. Works just fine for me.

Performance seems improved slightly. No lag when switching in and out of apps. I can see an improvement over beta 1 and 9.3.2.
Battery is also improved it seems but that won't be known for sure for another couple of days.
