Don't think the profile expiration would affect being able to run the already existing beta. More about getting new ones essentially.

I would expect it will release either today or Thursday. Also with this expiration, there most likely wont be another iOS 9 beta. They could update the profile but its unlikely. Thursday is my prediction for release as that has been a common day based on past releases. To name a few:

they've used all the expiration time..just to avoid jailbreaking. a final release will be next week..

This may be the final build. Has happened in the past that the last beta WAS the final. Who knows. Build is only a little higher than b3 was. (13G33 as opposed to 13G29)

i don't see any new watchOS beta on developer center.. it's still on beta 1 right?

and it looks like it's final also will be identical with beta 1
