Is there an OTA update for beta 4?

When I try to do a software update it says I have the latest version.

Thanks
yes. maybe try a reboot then try it. Sometimes its delayed checking and a reboot makes it find the update. (I always close all apps and reboot 1st anyways before applying any OTA updates)

Basically just the files that changed not the full OS. Like this one the delta OTA was only 45mb whereas the full OS may be like 1.5GB.
When iOS 10 beta 1 came out my 9.3.3 developer beta profile showed iOS 10 as an update. Now, there's no profile for 9.3.3. I think you can't OTA update 9.3.3 developer beta. Only restore with the ipsw.

Correct. The DP OTA profile changed to iOS 10 once it became available. Only public profile will still get 9.3.3 betas and only until Friday 7/1/16 as it expires then.

That basically means final release next week then?

No, that's just the expiration date of one of the certificates contained within the iOS 9 profile.
Exactly, but most likely this is the final beta and possibly even the same build as the final. As for release next week, who knows. The expired profile has nothing to do with a release version that can come at anytime. It just means there will be no more iOS 9 betas at least unless they decide to reissue the certificate which is doubtful. iOS 10 is said to be getting public beta in July so that most likely be the next available profile/certificate available.

Looks like they may have fixed the issue where clicking on updated App Store icons greys them out. Not able to reproduce that issue on my end. Can you guys?
