Why? Because you get lag while playing a game when auto brightness kicks in? So turn the setting off while you play your games.

That's a stupid work-around for something that shouldn't even be happening.

This issue didn't start until 9.3.2 and I was hoping that 9.3.3 would fix it. Apparently, I'm the only one around here that is even affected by it.

Everyone else thinks 9.3.3 is the greatest OS on the planet right now.

They ruined game performance in 9.3, then they ruined auto-brightness in 9.3.2... Can't wait to see what they ruin in iOS 10. I can't even trust any updates anymore.

Funny thing is... I never actually experience any bug FIXES, but I do actually experience brand new bugs that didn't exist before.

Doctor, Doctor it hurts when I do this. [doctor] "so don't do it".

Seems like a very quick work-around me, but to each their own.

Maybe you have something specific with you phone going on?

To be fair, part of the joke in that "doctor, doctor" joke is that that's not really a solution.

While I agree that things should be improving, another side to not experiencing any bug fixes means that you aren't experiencing those bugs to begin with (while apparently they are there and people have been experiencing them since something was done to fix them).

Have 9.7" iPad Pro and noticed that when using Safari for more than an hour or more that if I click on a link that is low on the website and then go back to site, Safari scrolls back to top of page instead back to the original position of the link on the page. Kind of intermittent and if I restart the device it's back to normal behavior so no biggie. This was on 9.3.2. Just upgraded the firmware this afternoon so waiting to see if it happens again. Anyone see this behavior? Thanks for your time.

I know that bugs are being fixed all the time, but in my situation, none of the bugs I've filed have been fixed and to make matters worse, I keep encountering new bugs every time a bug-fix update is released.

When I plug my phone into an mfi cable, the phone doesnt chime. It only chimes using a genuine Apple cable.
I use a cable from Monoprice and it chimes every time (when sound is turned on of course). I think I've used the Apple cable maybe a dozen times.

The actual Apple cables are overpriced crap. They fray in a matter of weeks. Old Jonny Ive could do well to look at refining Apple's own design.
Actually that's not true. My iPad 2 cable circa 2011 is in very good condition. My 3 year old 5s Lightning cable is also without fraying and is in good condition.

You must be lucky then. Every single one of mine has frayed at the connection to the USB plug over time.

I never had the need to buy new ones, always took care of the factory ones that come with the phone.

The cables will break and fray if you aren't careful. All cables will break and fray with a bit of rough handling. But I do take care of mine and make sure I don't pull on the cord and try to decouple the cable from the device/charger with a firm grip on the plastic. That goes a long way toward helping keep the cables in good condition.

Ehmm.. I dont handle rough my mbpr's power cable and it went broken just in the same spot as everyone else is complaining (trillions of post in internet). Fixed it by myself - not going to buy another. Then the cable of my iphones earpods is going to break (6months old while my samsung one is still going strong (4yo), handled on the same way).

If you just browse internet you will find alot of posts which show how badly those cables have been designed and why they can be broken in a normal usage.

And to the topic: i cant say i see any differences between this release or the previous version.

Is anybody having trouble updating to 9.3.3 from 9.3.2 on the 6Plus? I keep getting an error/try again message. I'm trying to update OTA

Exactly. I payed a lot for this phone, so I treat it with extra caution and care. Never had to replace a single part of all the iPhones I've had (I've had every single one since the 3G) nor did I need to buy new factory accessories.

Different strokes for different folks. My son is using Apple earbuds circa 2011 that are in good shape. If
My cables started fraying after 5 years I wouldn't care, but they seem to last if treated gently.

This might be the first time I actually agree with you. I've never had any issues with my Apple cables either. I've seen other ones that are in horrible condition, but all of mine are fine. I guess I take care of them.

Nothing yet on my iPad.

My iPhone is busy updating my watch atm.....still......

Yep, same here. I still haven't got the update to the proper 9.3.3 yet as both the OTA and iTunes suggests that the Beta 5 of iOS 9.3.3 I'm running is the latest.
