But it also doesn't mean that most people will come across some of those issues.
Why does it matter if "most people" will not hit the issue? A bug is a bug, even small ones or bugs that impact few people. The definition of a bug is a software defect. It's not "a software defect that affects the majority of users".

don't expect this week.. the march event is next monday..it'll be out after the event..as happened last year.
However, Apple does typically release at least one GM candidate build before releasing to manufacturing. We don't have a GM build yet.

Doesn't mean that Apple will follow its typical pattern, but it's something to consider.

Just found why my phone goes off in 20% - just been on LTE, which my carrier not support it! When on LTE the phone goes off whenever it wants, when on 3g is ok!

just found a bug, i don't know it's about whatsapp or beta 6. if i reply a message via quick reply, the message sends after a while. but if i send that message normally. there is not a problem. now..is that beta 6 issue or whatsapp issue?

I believe beta 6 would of been the gm candidate.

In general that's true about bugs. Anecdotal experience of a few users seeing lower battery life doesn't mean that it's necessarily related to a bug though.

10 minutes!
10 minutes for what? For 11 AM in Cupertino--a time that's not really associated with releases?

It's likely because DST started on Sunday in Cupertino and clocks went forward by an hour, but some other countries haven't started/ended DST yet. This will throw off many people in, for example, London, when calculating the time in Cupertino, because for the vast majority of the year there is a fixed 8 hour difference between Cupertino and London, but from yesterday until the 27th, when clocks go forward in London, it will be just 7 hours. They're used to thinking that Cupertino 10am and 1pm (the two major Apple times) are 6pm and 9pm in their local time. For a short while it will actually be 5pm and 8pm. You can explain this to anyone else who's confused.

For the majority that follow Apple here in the uk we are pretty used to this time difference with the clocks. :p

Beta 7 build is 13E5234a, so, maybe that 33 is beta 8?
It's "33" for devices other than the 6s lines of iPhones (and "33" would be lower than "34" so wouldn't really be the next beta, not that there's much likelihood that there would be another beta at this point).
