This weekend brought in a flurry of updates not just from the app developers but core libraries and I should've continued what I was doing before and update one at a time and not bulk update. After the weekend I'm getting several random springboard restarts and it's hard to pinpoint now which was the trigger. Before this weekend I probably had the best jailbreak experience with hardly any issues. Sigh never again.

I understand that feeling. You've installed so many at once that it's hard to tell which update could've possibly caused the problem. The same happened when I went from 7.1.2 to 8.4
Try installing Crash Reporter, it might be able to provide you a suspect
A lot of icons in some new themes in anemone eg lasso for iOS 9, laris for iOS9 aren't showing.
The icons are usually for Apple Watch, activity and health.
Does anyone have any idea why? Thought they would all show cos they've been updated for iOS 9...

Untrusted Hosts Blocker has been updated to IOS9, but after reading the description of changes, I'm not sure if I even want to download it.
f.lux flipswitch has been fixed.
You may have to reinstall Rocketbookstrap afterwards. I ran into a situation where the phone froze in Settings. After rebooting Activator informed me that it's functions were not available. Reinstalling Rocketbootstrap fixed it. The interesting thing is that while I was not able to set a new action, all previous actions were working. Seems to be recurring after restarting however (the warning).
May have been an anomaly on my phone, but who knows. In any case, the switch is working. Shows up in Control Center and is useable by Activator.

OK. So, I guess this warning issue with Activator is something to do with Rockebootstrap as I am not the only one experiencing it - and whatever tweaks I had installed when it occurred it seems aren't relevant.
So, if you get a warning in Activator, just reinstall Rocketbootstrap. I'm choosing to do this after rebooting. But once you do it you're good until the next reboot. I.e., this is not occurring after resprings - just reboots.

tried your solution but the crashing problem still persist.
only reboot crashed cydia. others like respring works
Could be a tweak conflict. The f.lux flipswitch is not crashing anything now and I can open Cydia and other apps.
I do have to reinstall Rocketbootstrap upon a restart to be able to edit actions in Activator (they still work if I don't) but that's only once - until the next reboot. So, this appears to be an issue with Rocketbootstrap.
Has Medusa been updated lately in the past week or so? I had to uninstall it as it was causing a few issues like rotating games that were in landscape mode only. And other issues here and there.
I didn't ask AppSync for pirating apps, I had 3 copies of Instagram and I can not install them without AppSync
