iOS 9 Jailbreak Tweak Compatability List (Updates Daily)

Ok so I just uninstalled Medusa and now everything works fine. Going to try to reinstall it and see if it makes any difference.
annnnd.... my little test didn't work. Once I installed Medusa again the orientation became messed up again. How should I go about reporting this bug?
On cydia go to medua click author and there should be a contact button
Apparently they didn't code their contact button correctly. It does not input any TO address in mail. The twitter hasn't been used in two months. I'm just going to have to uninstall and hope another developer comes out with something that actually works. I know its only going on two days, but so far this jailbreak as been a bust. Out of everything I've tried tweeks and all (even the ones that the google doc SAYS are working, they don't) not one thing has worked. I bascially have a jailbroken device which can run cydia and thats it. Totally a bust of a jailbreak.
I'm getting that with about 65% of everything I try to install that has been listed as working. So far exactly ZERO apps,tweaks, or themes has worked for me at all.
Maybe I'm using the wrong one then? Mine is not by app Tweak. When I search in Cydia only one comes up and it has BigBoss as its developer. Is there something I"m doing wrong?
That's strange I believe the tweaks I have installed so far work. I haven't tested every single one yet but from the ones I did try they are working.
So I installed the Medusa from the biteyourapple repo and its just labeled "Medusa" I installed it and I have the exact same orientation issue. However I noticed that it isn't listed as being by AppTweak either.
The first version of Medusa I tried WAS labeled "Medusa For ipad" and it was NOT by AppTweak either, and of course it has the same orientation issue. Im wondering if there is something wrong with my jailbreak? Can anyone with an ipad air tell me one tweak that works 100% for them so that I can try it and see if it works for me? Most of my issues with everything I"ve downloaded so far is that they just plain do nothing... at all. not even a bug.. but of course Medusa is causing me all kinds of problems with orientation.

So I solved this problem.
Apparently I had the old preference loader. Once I installed the flux beta, it updated preference loader and the settings for upscale showed up. Not sure why cydia didn't install this with upscale itself.
Btw, this is one of my favorite tweaks on the 6. The 850x1511 works well, especially combined with the five across layout.
well i downloaded virtual home and now my cydia won't open. stay away from that one.
Wow. it put my phone into a boot loop. Just keeps restarting. Unbelievable. STAY AWAY from virtual home.

Bioprotect isn't working also. It says that it is compatible with iOS9, but when i use it my phone goes into safe mode all the time.

Why is power tap listed as both compatible and not compatible ? I saw the first one which said compatible and I thought I had the BLOD >>
Read his Twitter. 1.9 will be out when Cydia purchases are enabled again. I know it's deceiving because his 1.8 version description says compatible with iOS 9.
