In any case,I dont think anything will come of this lawsuit.Everyone knows Apple has the American jury in the pocket just by looking at the cases it wins over Samsung despite them not deserving to

So ignoring the law background, training and experience of the judges and intellectual property attorneys involved an anonymous internet poster thinks Apple has the system in its pocket? Maybe Samsung was really guilty of patent infringement.

Is that why they lose in the UK?

I don't know; you tell me.
It was the same phone and the same design patent infringement Apple sued Samsung for in the UK and US.And they lost in the UK and won in the US.They were able to get 3-4 Samsung devices banned from being sold which didnt work in the UK

And that says nothing.

One court thought one thing, another thought another. It's almost like these are two countries with two different cultures and two different courts made up of different people.

I'm finding iOS 9.3b1 to be quite unusable on my iPod touch 5g. Constant crashes and lockups when browsing. Anyone else?

Was cleaning out my drawer and found my old iPhone 4s running 7.0.4. Any regrets upgrading it to 9.2.1? I'm tempted to since some apps just close like Hangouts and hope to resolve some annoyances like keyboard showing upper case keys when caps lock is off.

Update: Upgraded but now regret doing so since it's now a stuttery lagfest with Sky Force, keyboard, etc.
