its the typical apple..um.."heat"? "intensity"? idk what to call it..but when ios 9 launches everyone will praise ios 8, while as of right now, they hate it:rolleyes:

Oh wow this thread came back from the dead. Well I'm now thinking entirely different then when I made this thread. I now think iOS 8.4 is never going to go public but served so Apple could get a head start on beta testing the music app for iOS 9.

There's pretty much no way they won't release 8.4 after having it in not only dev beta but also public beta.

Dev betas and public betas still only include not so average users. The public beta seems to only include people who submitted feedback for the OS X beta. This is why I call them not so average users. So in my theory I'm thinking no average user knows about iOS 8.4 so they won't miss it if it's never released publicly.

But it's not just about average users.
