iOS 7 wallpapers have been uploaded for the 6/6s. I will begin working on the 6+/6s+ versions now. I should have some of them up shortly.

Brilliant. The raindrops from iOS 4 (and 5?) is still one of my all-time favourite wallpapers. Now just need to find higher res versions of the clown fish from the original iPhone and the iPod silhouettes and my nostalgic journey will be complete.
