iPhone IOS7 JB Cydia-List of confirmed working tweaks/mods

Is there a tweak to always how the notification center when I power on my device so I don't have to pull the NC down to see my notifications?
 
Anyone having issues with the "ClassicDock" tweak with the 5s? The dock will disappear after opening an app and won't show up again until a respring where the process repeats again.

In the notes i believe it states it doesn't work on 7.1. If you're on the betas that may be why.
 
I see Springtomize 3 - IOS 7 is out today. Might make some folks very happy. I already get a few tweaks, like a transparant dock without it, but it certainly is intriguing.

Springtomize 3 enables you to have 4x4 folders and it works great with Iconoclasm.
Ive removed 7Folder Relayout along with a number of other tweaks which are now available in Springtomize.
 
Is there anything aside from Cloaky and SBSettings that allow for customizing the status bar date in iOS 7? I know both have been severe battery killers for me on past iOS versions and I'd prefer to avoid them. :(

There was a tweak that I had on my 5s and I can't remember what it was called. It allowed you to swipe different parts of the statusbar to bring down specific parts of the notification center. Like swiping down the left brought up today, swiping the middle brought up all, and the right side brought up missed.

Does anyone know which tweak I'm talking about?
