iOS9 font is ugly

The new font is actually one of my favorite features of iOS 9. I think it's clearer and neater. Definitely makes reading easier for me. I'm a fan.

Using the Notes app I can't tell if this is a blurry font bug or whether they are trying some sort of debossing effect. Either way it looks like a mistake. I submitted it as a bug.

And really, a paper texture?

Have you got the bold setting on in settings? That made things look similar to your screen shot in iOS 8

Ah yes, good catch. This is where I really want to go back to OS8 and see why I didn't think this was as prominent there.

Okay it's fine in most places although I do prefer Helvetica Neue, but the numbers are hideous! The time at the top of the screen is the worst. It feels like I jailbroke my phone and installed an ugly custom font. It looks too wide and a little too bold. Also too androidy

Would you mind providing us some screenshots?
I'm loving beta 2 mainly because the improved battery life and I'm tempted to go beta 3 but a little unsure.

Have you experienced any problems importing epubs from email or websites into iBooks? I use my iPad Air 2 mostly to read.
