I bought 32gb iPad to replace my iPad 3 which was 32gb also.

It should be fine since I won't be using it other just watch YouTube or play couple games or normal stuff. I have an 128gb 7 plus for photos and stuff ( I love taking pics since I travel a lot overseas and vacations ) I have about 30-40 gbs of just pictures in my phone.
Yeah but what's $100 over the course of years?

I got the new 2017 iPad and decided to get only 32GB of storage. I have an iPad mini 4 with 128GB that I use when traveling and can store lots of content on it. My MBP is still my main computing device and this iPad is just for around the house surfing, reading, and streaming. If it were my only iPad I'd get 128GB. But for me, I used the money I saved on storage to get the cellular option. That's a lot more important for me than the extra space.

As an aside, I really love the 2017 iPad. What a great value. I never had an iPad Air 2 as I've been using iPad minis. This is my first full size iPad since my old iPad 3. The 2017 is relatively cheap, fast, has awesome battery life, and is by no means heavy. I have no regrets getting this instead of the iPad Pro.

Thanks, I ended up ordering a 128gb last night, so I also have room for my sons games over time. Glad you are enjoying the new iPad, hope I will too!
