Maybe also include Apple Pencil Hover.

I don’t see much changing otherwise. OLED before it goes into the Pro’s would be weird.
Same with redesign.

Agreed. We have the iPad Pro for full competence in full size, but no fully competent iPad Mini. I am currently testing both, and the Mini needs upgrading.

I think an M3 Pro chip for the iPad Pros is an excellent idea. The standard M3 can go in the Air and Mini - although I wouldn’t complain if they got the M2. The base iPad can get the M2 or M1. It’s time to step away from the A-series chips for the iPads.

As for myself, a new Air with M2/M3, upgraded screen, a landscape position FaceTime camera and a greater commitment to lighter weight would have me first in time to buy one.

Maybe, but the A17 Pro chip with its Ray tracing, for example would be epic for gaming on a iPad Mini 7. The new A chips are better in some areas than the M Chips (e.g. Single Core performance and GPU).
