1757 apps (if I counted then correctly), including a PDF reader (who those who have been complaining about that one, actually there are at least a couple in there).

Already downloaded some free ones I wanted. Won't be paying for any until I have the iPad in my hands.

Must...resist. I bought a bunch of $9.99 iPhone apps at launch only to see them race down to 99c-2.99 a week later.

Also, some apps such as 1Password pro and others will be updated on the 3rd to be universal apps.

agree. I'm just getting the free ones..

Although Geometry Wars for 9.99 looks like a complete hit!

This is something I am wondering about.

I bought Scrabble for my iPhone and I use it to play games with friends all over the U.S.

Will I have to pay $10 again to put it on my iPad?

Harbor Master shows up for free for me? I own the iPhone game. Can anyone else see what the price is for them?

Beware, this is a work-in-progress. For instance, there are logos missing, and some of the links are dead such as the one to the WSJ. I wouldn't be surprised if apps you know about are missing. Of course, there is still plenty of time to add to the store before Saturday.

Harbor Master is listed as free (I never bought it). Just downloaded it along with AIM before a price was added.
