Why are you getting all ‘audiophile’ on some tablet speakers? Use headphones or connect to a proper sound system if it bothers you that much. Better still, go back to using a tablet you were satisfied with.
Seems a weird hill to fight on all other things considered. Did you buy it because of the speaker system? Considering you clearly think of yourself some sort of expert I’m surprised it’s even worth your time considering listening to anything through the built in speakers of any device. I have audio geek friends and nothing suffices for them, they can fault thousands of quids worth of equipment for the slightest issue I can’t even hear, and I’m sure ipad speakers aren’t even worth speaking about for them.

For most of the rest of us they’re fine.

I feel like I’m forcing apple a bit.
No reason to feel that way, just sell the Apple stuff you don't want. Apple has a generous 15 day return period.
i have to say im fairly pissed off knowing how bad the speakers are now on the ipad pro. jesus christ. NO TREBLE AT ALL.
I bought an 11" iPP and found that I still needed a small BT speaker for good audio quality; and this is true for every single tablet because they all have tiny tablet speakers. But based on your comments over how you're disappointed that tablet speakers obviously sound like tablet speakers, and to be clear they lack bass not treble, it just sounds like you are trolling.

I never use the speakers on a tablet. Never.

There is no point. Always ear phones.
