All iPads iPad is a poor value proposition in Brazil compared to competitors

Wow if I lived in Brazil there would be no way I could justify owning Apple devices. I complain about prices here in the UK, but they seem reasonable in comparison. I would also have bought the Samsung tablet.

Unless you have to use iPad exclusive apps or Apple features, not sure what is the significant advantage iPad has over Android. Saying this as someone who use both.

Another thing for me is I prefer the aspect ratio on iPads. The wider aspect ratio on Android tablets is great for movies and modern TV shows. However, it feels unbalanced in my hands and it’s not as good for letter-size and A4 documents.

That's probably the main reason why I use iPads more than Android tablets (I have several of each, mainly flagships).
Honestly I don't minde the squared aspect ratio for videos, black bars have never bothered me, image size being equal.
