If the 11” iPP is in the budget, I would probably get the AWS4 and consider the 10.5 iPP. If you really want to upgrade from the mini, it would be a bit of a compromise but the closest to best of both worlds. The 10.5 is still a great iPad that will surely be good for many more years as well.

I just can’t go back to massive bezels haha

Understand however I would have more of that issue personally if comparing my old 12.9 gen 1 to a current 12.9.

Still use my 10.5 enough that my new 11 may either go back to save money or to get a new 12.9 to replace the old gen 1 that I parted with. Of course I was trying to get back to only 1 iPad and this would keep me back in the two iPad camp.

Love the bigger one. But probably use smaller one 50 maybe 60 % of time.

I'll throw in my two cents as well.

I was excited for the AW4; I got it on Launch Day with zero regrets. But I was coming from a Series 0; other than some cosmetic changes, there's not a lot on S4 that wasn't there on S3.

iPad mini vs iPP11, though--there's quite a bit of a difference. The mini is four years old at this point, and though I'm sure it works fine, you'll see a bigger upgrade going from mini to iPP than from S3 to S4.

Similar. I’m still really happy with my S3, but I’ve been itching to upgrade my Air 2 for awhile and have been really happy with the 11 inch iPP. I might get S5 next year. (I also have a 12.9 iPP second gen, which is my main work machine, and since it mostly just stays put, I didn’t feel the need to upgrade this year.)
My s3 is still grea

i agree on this part. Big difference. The S4 is nice but it’s subtle

Yeah as mentioned if you have s3, i think mini to 11 will be a bigger leap

S1 to s4 was a pretty big leap for me

And 9.7 pro to 11
