Interesting, They didn’t ask me for a signature either just my name to the driver.
Mine was delivered this morning from AT&T. The FedEx driver said signature was not required.
The box looked too small for an 11" so I opened it in front of the driver. Sure enough it was the right one.

the first agent I spoke with transferred me to sales and the sales agent was kind enough to take care of it. The sales agent I spoke with said he doesn’t normally handle price adjustments but rather than transferring me to another area and subject me to long wait times he credited my account for the difference. Good luck!
I called them a while ago and they said they would adjust it. I was on hold for at least one hour and then an additional two ( call back)
Lucky you. When I ordered mine on the 19th the time frame was 26-30 March.
Switch to 6-15 April and still showing processing

Mine was just updated. It says April 2 on the apple website, but the tracking isn't actually available through UPS yet.

Switzerland is one of the most infected countries in EU with corona alongside the whole europe being in flames because of it , people dying like locusts, infections rising by each hour and you are surprised why the physical mail couries doesn't rush in to deliver you an iPad ? /scanning for common sense =//= nothing detected.

Ordered mine via T-mobile yesterday morning, and just got a UPS notification that it will be delivered to me this coming Monday. Hopefully no delays.
Well I have the UPS tracking now, it’s shipping with “UPS Worldwide Express Saver” and will be here Tuesday. Still 2 days earlier than the original Apple window I guess

Coronavirus they don't want you to touch there device I have a door camera and I can see them few deliver companies make a picture of the parcel when they drop it

I was stating a fact because de delays in deliveries and dates in Europe are out of normal.
I know that the corona is affecting the whole Europe but the mighty USA and is extremely intelligent (cof cof) president were neglecting the pandemic and are in fast track to be another Italy.
Anyway, and pandemic apart, this topic is from iPads I believe right? Specifically for the delivery of the 2020 iPad Pro right?
All I’ve been saying about Apple mistreating euro in this release is based on the fact that more people like me had one schedule that were pushed back. US people who have ordered 2 days after me already have their iPads on the way and I have mais dates pushed back 2 whole weeks. Other have one week and so on...And this is only in Europe.
So I believe I have a valid point in this topic for this subject
Btw for the mail curies rush to deliver something they have to have te package in their hands. If my order is not even in preparing for shipment your whole conspiracy theory drains down the hole

It seems that Apple's shipping times are picking up, because my initial arrival estimate was set for April 16th to 27th. Today the Apple site tells my they adjusted the arrival time to the 15th and 22nd.
My guess is that I might even get it sooner than the adjusted April 15th)))

So grateful for MR!! I had originally ordered a 2020 12.9 256gb LTE from B&H Photo, as they said it would ship on the 25th, and to save the sales tax (if you use their house-branded CC, they give you an instant cash-back discount for the amount of the sales tax).
But on the 25th, the status changed to ‘backordered’ and ‘coming soon’.
Well, I had read that others on this thread had good luck ordering from AT&T. So I checked last night. It showed in-stock with an estimated delivery of March 27-31. And, if I agreed to two years of data (which I already pay for), they’d knock $100 off. So I ordered one.
Just got the FedEx tracking number with overnight delivery of tomorrow by 8pm!! Awesome!!
