Yours looks like mine, just a few days later. UPS told me that my ZhengZhou hold up is it clearing through a Canadian customs agency (even though it doesn't say it on the UPS site, and it's not in Canada yet.) It's been there 9 days so far and shows no sign of moving any time soon. My yellow yield sign went away yesterday I think, but no new date or movement. But my delivery isn't promised until Tuesday, so...

Not delivering at all sounds extreme, society hasn't crumbled quite so far yet! I assume they mean deliveries as scheduled aren't guarenteed? (Not that any delivery service has really lived up to that ever...)
That’s good to hear! Apple still says the 14th... so I’m crossing my fingers. That’s not too bad.

No overnight status updates again. Last scan was ~3:30pm local time in Zheng Zhou on the 10th.

If apple store was an essential biz we could buy in store

ordered a week ago an still processing.

Another April 3rd order here. Still stuck in Incheon since April 10th. UPS still thinks it will arrive on April 14th, so I’ll remain optimstic.

Ordered mine this past Friday.
I'd be surprised if it shows up before the end of the month.

No movement. I hate being a Karen but it's just been driving me nuts, so I emailed the customs agency to ask them whats up.

Mine has been stuck in Zhengzhou China since April 6th with no updates at all since the ninth when I got an exception and notice it’s still in transit. No date provided by UPS anymore

So I’m Curious, I see people ordering after I did with dates further out, what model/ordered on date/arrival date was each model given?

mine is the
12.9 , 1T Space grey , WiFi model, ordered on Apr 8 ; it says it will deliver Apr 14-16 (card not charged)

Here, I ordered on April 8 the Pro 11 inches with 256 GB in Space Grey with delivery dates between Apr 15 and 17. Still showing as processing, no charge yet on credit card and delivery dates not changed ...

Ordered March 30th, claims it will arrive April 14 - Apple has never modified the delivery date and UPS hasn't given a date for over a week. 12.9 128g wifi space grey no engraving.

Update! Rescheduled again. Still no date.

It is an essential business - with more people working from home, and the fact that some hospitals use their products to manage patient information, I’d say they’re more essential than ever. I think the decision to close was more to prevent staff becoming infected, and prevent in store transmission. Everyone wants to touch stuff in an Apple store - the place is basically a Petrie dish. Providing hand sanitiser for patrons as they walk in wouldn’t help either because they’d contaminate their hands again the minute they touch their face, their own phones, etc.

having said that, they could still allow pick ups. Set up a walk through/drive through situation and have customers make appointments to collect their products at the entrance 🤷🏻‍♀️ They’d still have to wait as long as we have to get the stock in to sell though!

My iPad is currently with a delivery driver 🙌🏻 I’ve never gotten out of bed so quickly as when that notification came through. Super surprised as I didn’t think they’d deliver on a public holiday!

For All EU orders, I've just talk with apple and they say that my order will be shipped fro Czech Republic, so As I imagined, they are surely waiting for the warehouse to be restocked from China

i went ahead and place

Sorry this happened. Do you have pictures? Did they not box it correctly?

Sorry for the delay, I didn't check for replies as I was trying not to think about the iPad ahah

Yes I have photos but I can't seem to be able to load them up. But basically the main package (cardboard) was crunched, so the courier told me before delivering that he and his boss had to open it to see whether the Apple box was ok and they thought it was ok. So i was confident that maybe the carboard box was a lot bigger than the content (you know how amazon likes to pack its objects) but instead, the cardboard was LITERALLY of the same shape of the ipad box, hence the ipad box was crunched as well in a corner.

Normally I would open it to see how the ipad was doing, but as you may well know,Apple likes to place its devices literally on the border of the box. What I mean is Iinstantly knew that the iPad was gonna be broken.

So yeah I didn't accepted the package andonly today I received another order which is processing and gotta have to wait other 2 weeks. yey ahah

Doesn't it come in a box? How did you know it was smashed, I don't get it?

Sorry, maybe it's different in the US, but I live in the EU and would have no way of knowing whether it was smashed or not. You just receive a box with the original packaging inside and then you open it to see the product. But you have to sign first in order to receive the box, and the postman or delivery guy is long gone after you open it...

Yeah the package was completely opened. I explained everything in my last comment. I want to add one big detail, which is exactly what I'm thinking and you may agree or may not:

I did not decide to launch a product during a world crisis, they did. Cinemas are not delivering new films, no one is working, they decided to carry on. Hence, they took the same amount of money as if the crisis wasn't on, they can't keep up with the work, it's their problem. I'm working although the crisis and I'm in Italy, one of the countries where we are feeling it a lot more. I understand the problem, but from Apple I would expect that you either do things great or don't do them at all. This is what I mean.

Of course I'm angry with the delivery for the smashing, but I'm more angry with apple that made me wait 1h and half on the phone to reach support, told me to wait 48 hours, than had to call again for 40 mins and told me to wait 48 hours again just to understand whether they could send me a new one or refund me.

In the last two weeks, UPS just did one thing, transport it from ZhengZhou to Incheon, then sent it back to ZhengZhou. That's funny.

Yeah this is what‘s happening to mine, too. I’m wondering if this is actually happening? Or if it’s just weird system/scan issues. It never shows ”departed” from Incheon so I’m thinking it might just be some sort of automatic scan while it’s sitting in Incheon...
