Anyone ever try Dodocase? I'm tempted by this one: http://www.dodocase.com/products/ipad-pro-cases as it looks pretty nice and has a pencil loop built in, but I am a little concerned about the multi angle option it offers. I'm not seeing how the ipad stays in it's angled position without sliding.
I just ordered that case and I'm returning it for the exact reason you just mentioned. It really isn't multi angle. 90% of the time the iPad slides down to the furthest angle. I can get it to stay at two other angles but I need to play with it. Plus there isn't a typing angle. Great quality but lacking in functionality

Just got the Apple Keyboard Case. So far, I love it! I don't find it hard to type on at all. It's very different from the Logitech but I think that the weight will be the deciding factor as to whether I keep it or not. I can't understand why Apple didn't make it back-lit though? Will have to wait until tomorrow to try in in the dark. So far so good though...

I've just received the Sena Vettra for the iPad Pro today. Cannot fault it, quality, finish and craftsmanship are faultless.

I went with this case as it allows portrait and landscape viewing modes and also a lot of different viewing angles for them both. The inner cover has a rubberised finish so the iPad stays put and doesn't slip when you have it set on your chosen viewing angle.

Also, the front cover not only sleep/wakes the iPad's screen, it also has magnets that pull the cover closed and keep it closed, basically like the Apple Smart Cover works.

I'm really fussy and picky, but I cannot fault the case. Definitely beats any other iPad case that I've had, but it isn't cheap. Currently there is $10 off the normal price.

Bought a Khomo case, but haven't gotten it yet as the Pro Super slim just came out. I had one for the Air and it's good (Minimal; no bulk; very light).

Note: the reviews are for a different model. Mine just shipped, and no one has this model yet.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0187QWABA?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

I bought one for the Air and was very surprised how good it was, So I waited for them to make this version for the Pro (they are quick, no? :D )

Anyway, I don't have it yet, but thought i'd post ( in case someone else has a Khomo and likes it).

The thing with these cases now is, they have pretty much gotten it down, so if your lucky, you can get a top quality Super slim case for about $20. The Apple brand is a super slim type case. The Apple brand is good as it's two pieces, which gives you more options. But the Khomo case I have for the Air is actually lighter than the Apple combo, which is good.

Just got my Pro today along with the Apple cover and case. Hubby called me when he saw they were in stock where he was at so asked me what color I wanted. I went with the white on both (and have a white silicone case for my iPhone 6+ and really love that). All nice quality and great fit, confortable in the hand and in use. Only thing I don't like and feel strongly about this is that the white case has a big black Apple logo on it and I think it looks horrid actually. My iPhone 6+ cover has the Apple logo but it's all white and recessed, very classy look. Anyone else who bought one bothered by the design?

I just checked the website and apparently this was a change to the white phone case and now iPad cases since the 6s came out. All of the other colored cases have the same color Apple on their cases as the case cover and look so much more elegant and sophisticated in their look. I'd love to return the white iPad case like tomorrow but the only other color is black which I don't want, and I really want/need the protection for the tablet, so feel stuck. A lot of money for such ugliness.

Just a heads up if your planning on the white case and haven't checked out the latest photos of the product.

I'm looking to use it as a tablet and don't want the flapping front they all have.

The only options I have found are ultra protective, I'd like it slim and simple to be like the surface pros little kick stand.

This is the best I have found but still way to heavy/ thick.

iPad Pro Case, [Heavy Duty] i-Blason Apple iPad Pro 2015 Armorbox... http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0170LSDO6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_udp_awd_3QxHwbY0A58SN

I'd also like to mount it on the way to charge when not in use, anyone seen any wall mounts yet?

Seems nice but crazy expensive for what it is. Heavy - Sucker is literally a few ounces shy of the iPad itself.

While it doesn't have portrait mode, something like the KavaJ Hamburg is $30-40 cheaper, half the weight, and still quality leather. Maybe less protective.

Is anyone here not using a case on their pro?

I'm not using a case. With my previous iPad Mini, I always used a case. So I assumed I would want one with the Pro. So while I was waiting for my Pro to arrive, I purchased a case from Amazon. It was a clear plastic back-cover without any protection for the screen, but I figured it would do the job.

But then after using the Pro for a few days, I realized it was way too heavy to do any kind of gaming or any other kind of use that required me to hold the Pro for extended periods of time. Even though my case was only about 0.6 lbs, that pushes the Pro over 2 lbs in weight, and that is just a bit too heavy to be comfortable.

Obviously when using on a desk or table, weight is no issue. But then again, I chose to get the iPad Pro and not a laptop, so I should be able to use it like a tablet.

So I have decided to not use a case. I did purchase a nice Incase sleeve for when I travel, but when I use the iPad it will be naked.

No posts for a while. How are your chosen cases holing up? I'm still using the Apple case and keyboard case.

Still nothing good yet IMO. Most of the folio cases (my preferred style) have some kind of show stopping idiocy built in. Can't stand the tri-fold cases but that's what I'm stuck with so far.

I like a good multi-angle case - especially shallow angle, and hate borders so prefer a clip in frame of some kind. You wouldn't think that would be so hard, but I haven't seen one yet.

Still using my Dodocase. They've removed the description "multi-angle" from their website, I probably wasn't the only customer pointing out the impudence of naming it multi-angle when it in fact is single-angle. There is kind of a 2-3 centimetres tilt for typing since the case has a book-ish spine, but Apple's two-part solution is in my opinion way better for typing.

The Dodocase is heavy, too - but perhaps one shouldn't underestimate the value of a rather beautiful case, in which respect the Apple solution is, in my eyes, not ugly but at least doesn't seem designed to be a blessing for the eyes.

If you go for a Dodocase, I suggest one of the three nice coloured options. I went for the black, and it's … black indeed. Stylish, yet a bit dull.

I've just had a software update on my iPad Pro Keyboard case. First one. Any ideas?

I want one but its expensive..

When I compared it to Apple's iPad Pro Smart Cover and the iPad Pro Silicone case, it was actually cheaper (in the UK at least) getting the Sena case and also the Sena case gave me the multiple viewing angles and also the portrait and landscape viewing orientation, which the Apple's case/cover did not.

I had a similar case from Targus (for my iPad Air) but after a while the iPad would slip out of position (due to its soft lining becoming smooth with wear) so I wanted to avoid getting it again. The Sena has a rubberised lining which is super grippy, never slips out.

After using the Sena for a few months, I find its the best iPad case I've owned. Ticks all the boxes for me. I would definitely look at getting it again in the future for later iPad's.

I have to admit that is a lovely case. I've had Sena cases on my iPhone's but not iPad's. Did you buy it from their site and how much did it cost including delivery?

Also, how's the leather quality? I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to leather and like to smell the leather.

I bought it from their website as it was the only place I could get it from at the time. Not sure if its available from other retailers now?

I got it shipped to the UK so more expensive than for US customers, there was the price, plus I think about $12-$15 shipping, then I needed to pay £18 import duties when it arrived in the UK to the carrier.

All in all I think it worked out that it cost around £85-£89 ($117-$123). But like I mentioned a couple of posts ago, still cheaper than buying Apple's iPad Pro Smart Cover and their silicone case.

The leather is lovely, excellent quality and finish/craftsmanship, and when I first received it, it had that nice leather smell, obviously the smell wears off with time :)

Is anyone here not using a case on their pro?

I'm not using a case as such of the majority of the time. As with all of my devices I just use a clear skin on the back. It keeps the looks, stops it getting scratched and adds no discernible weight or bulk. And a screen protector on the front, for obvious reasons.

But I do have the Smart Keyboard which doesn't always get used and I have a nice leather case for the very rare occasions when I know I'll be needing a bit of added protection. I've also got a Moko case that I got as a stand-in, but that doesn't get used any more (If anyone wants it, (in the UK) give me a shout and you can have it, gratis of course, I don't need it. It's been used less than two days and hasn't left the house, here's a piccie)

But for the vast majority of the time it's just the skin and tempered glass screen protector combo in use and after only a few hours I don't even feel the difference in weight it's so minimal. But the Pro is nice and protected from all but a big old drop, but that's what I've got AppleCare+ for :)

Have you got a link to the skin you use on the back? I wouldn't mind getting one.

I got this one, I usually use this brand, from the Amazon UK site, but you can get them most places. I used to always use Zagg until I discovered the cheaper ones like this were at least as good. My Air 2 had one of these on it for a year and a half until I sold it before getting my Pro and it was in as good condition then as the day I first put it on.

It's the full body one although I don't use the front, not that there's anything wrong with them I just prefer tempered glass. But at the time the backside only one wasn't available.

eBay is a good place to get them, often cheaper than Amazon there too.

Thanks, I too am in the UK. Will take a look. Can I just ask, how easy is it to fit?

Very, these kinds of films use a small amount of water with a drop of liquid soap in it to aid in fitting (don't worry about the water, I've been doing it for many years there's nothing to worry about.) The instructions suggest dipping the skin in a bowl, but I much prefer to use a spray bottle, there's less water and it's easier to use if you need to make fine adjustments.
