iPad Wired App Demonstration!

I wonder if they'll let you switch your wired subscription to this version or whether it will be an extra? Perhaps they will let you choose paper, electronic or both? I can read the pdf of the UK version on the website now by submitting my subs account details so I hope I get access to the app included.

WIRED Magazine coming to iPad.. built in Flash!!

This is a great video demoing the new WIRED Magazine app thats coing to Android Tablets and also the iPhone. The entire app is built in Flash / AIR. There are about 6 major magazine companies so far that have decided to choose Flash for there mobile magazine.... because just like on the web.. you create it in Flash and it runs everywhere.

Your definition of snappy and mine are different then. There are noticeable delays on pretty much every drag they do.

I would also note that AIR does not require that it's Flash...

That is true.. Adobe AIR can run HTML. But WIRED is using Flash and ActionScript.. and majority of the publishers are going the same route.

I bet they have various deals, one that might include both options.
