yup! Also, had decent success in calling in and getting the fee credited back earlier this year. But just try the SIM card tip- you should be good!

I haven’t been with Verizon long enough to try to get it credited back, so I’m going to try what you suggested.

Hoping no one buys the silver pro max 😂 it’s my go to choice when buying iPhones, I find the edges never scratch due to them not having a coating on the frame.

Got a blue Apple Watch though, the blue pro max might be calling my name this year. 🤔

Either way the phone will be in a case, so the color doesn’t really matter that much.

I miss the Rose Gold color from the 6S/7 series and settled for Space Gray with the X and Gold with the XS Max. This year I’m playing it safe and going for Silver as well, hoping it’s the least popular color.

Like the black model iPhones, always see horror stories with the sides getting scratched up even while being in a case, my brother had a space grey iPhone X the coating around the charging port was peeling off after a week.

Hopefully their is plenty of silver pro maxes to go around on launch day since they’re releasing them in November. 😁

Also a lot of this talk took place in June but there hasn’t been any recent information. It seems the official line is that Qualcomm won’t have them available at volume and are deferring to 2021 for their partners. Unless Apple and Qualcomm made a back room deal for Apple to have exclusivity to the X60 for 5-6 months before anyone else.

Hopefully they made a deal to use the x60 modem in this year iPhones, the current Qualcomm 5G modem runs like a pig, not battery efficient at all. 🥺

Usually pre orders start the Friday after the event so I wouldn’t expect it immediately, but hopefully they’ll surprise me! Usually it’s the new color that sells out quickest (I remember the Jet Black 7 Plus and the Midnight Green having longer delivery dates.) I don’t even really care about the color though! I usually try to order right away and hope to be on the first deliver day...

My wife will also be getting my 11 PM in the green color she has been pining after since I got it. I thought I was going to go with the blue 12 Pro Max, but I am a sucker for the non-colored stainless edge, so it’s going to be silver 128GB for me this year. It will make it easier to add color via cases, kind of like how I swap Watch bands for a change every now and then. I’m interested to see how their new MagSafe cases work.

I've literally changed my mind on colours 10 times. I've 'decided' on all 4 colours at one point. I thought i was decided on blue but have now changed to graphite. I'm going to look in a few weeks to see the colours in person, that SS blue looks interesting

You added another reason for me to choose Silver. It will go with any color case and especially clear cases with glitter that I seem to like more. I am so undecided between Gold, Silver and Pacific Blue in 256GB.
