You’ll want to do a preapproval which might be live about the 3rd. You use the iPhone Apple app to ‘buy’ the phone you want and choose Monhly payments, Apple Upgrade program (there’s several different monthly programs, so make sure you do the right one).

It will ask you then more questions for the approval.

When it’s approved, then the phone shows up under For You in the Apple Store app. So on launch date, you just pick it and check out. ...it’s super fast. I don’t know if you can change color etc after preapproval - if you can, that would slow you down, so you’ll want to be decided before you get preapproval.

Thanks for this didnt know about this. Will there be a warning on the app for that? Im quite happy to pay in full to be honest

Yeah, I tried to downsize to the Pro. Couldn't do it. Screen was tall enough but not wide enough for my liking. Craved the better battery life and larger sensor of the Max so I'll be ordering a 256GB PB Max on 11/6.

Same here will use this Pro until the Max‘s are released then return it
 
Still undecided whether I should go Gold or Pacific Blue. Its driving me insane.

In terms of storage capacity though, pretty sure I will go for the 256 GBs model.
 
I can’t decide between gold and graphite. Almost sure I’ll end up getting graphite because I had a gold 11 Pro Max but I don’t know...

I had the same dilema. Gold or Graphite. I went to the apple store to see them in person. I ended up deciding for Silver.

All colors look different in person, and all of them are gorgeous. People can’t go wrong with any of them.

I started wanted the blue, then I read some here and saw photos and switched to Graphite, now I read a new thread and saw the silver color and now I think I want that! Agh! so hard. Probably go Silver now

Do you have an Apple Card? I’ve been on iUP since its inception and I’m moving over to the Apple Card payments. So much easier don’t have get approved each time you upgrade plus the return process is smoother.

Only thing is you don’t get that trade in aspect like you do with iUP.
 
Pacific Blue and Gold 128GB Pro Max. The Gold looks stunning and a bit understated with the matte glass back.
 
I'm curious to see how preorders go for the masses. In terms of the iPhone 11 Pro, which was more popular the smaller or larger sizes? I'm still debating to go for the max or not. For guys, how pocketable is the size?

Thought the preapproval is for the 24 mont( loan not the upgrade programme. This is done in store only in the UK.
 
yeah to answer a few previous questions im going to be joining the apple iphone upgrade program in the UK so i dont have apple card as not offered here yet and not doing the 24 month loan, just the basic upgrade program.

im not too bothered, i may just buy the phone outright but i just wanted to check if it is any longer to checkout doing the upgrade program. I dont want to miss out on launch day allocation 😃
 
6 days left until Pre-orders. It feels like it’s going to be the longest 6 days of my life. I’m not a very patient person lol. I’ll be getting the 12 Pro Max 256 Gb in Gold. While Hubby gets the 12 Pro Max 512 GB in Pacific Blue.
