My girlfriend have 12 pro max and she doesn't have this problem, when temerature is low the screen is perfect.
Maybe this problem is only on 13 pro/13 pro max. Is your first 13 pro max or you changed your phone? Do you compared with other 13 pro max/13 pro?
This is my first iPhone 13 Pro Max. I did not compare it with any other unit irl, but I have found a plenty of cases online of people reporting the similar problem.

This green crap has been a problem with Samsung OLED'S since they were made. Starting all the way back on my Huawei P20. They have never solved it. I'm just hoping they would move to a different screen technology
I have this same issue. When temperature is normal my screen is perfect, but if temperature is below 10 degrees my screen have green screen in settings for example if brightness is low. Maybe someone has changed phone and it's repair this problem?
I think this is just with the 13 series. Did a compare with my brother’s 12 side by side in the same ambience and his looks normal grey while mine looks like green goblin had a fever. And this is a replacement 13 Pro I got just a couple days ago.
I’m very sensitive to this kind of stuff and would’ve picked it up if this happened on my 11 Pro. Gonna wait out my AC+ and order another replacement at the end of the two years. Hopefully I’ll get a better unit then.

By the way I went outside with someone with an iPhone 13 Pro and waited a bit for the phones to really cool down in the wind, and yup, both mine and their phone have the visible green tint at 0% to 5% brightness. So as long as you do not use your phone within these specific criteria, you are fine I guess.
