Hi, here since launch, always with the limit of 80% from the start, mixed charging with the original 20w Apple charger by cable or via the original Apple MagSafe battery. After 490 cycles I'm still at 95%.

Thats impressive! You won the battery lottery 👍🏼

20 months iPhone 15 Pro Max here

Was on 80% limit since Day 1 and slow charged with the older charger but battery health is at 88%. Pretty poor considering I hardly drop the battery below 20% before plugging in. Battery still lasts the entire day though.

Yes, I'm amazed myself, it's the iPhone that's putting up with the most battery degradation at the moment than I've ever had. I suppose that the 80% limit is working. I attach a screenshot of the coconut app in which you can see more details of the battery

On my 15 Pro Max, battery health currently stands at 84% after 390 cycles. It has been holding at 84% for the past 1 month.

I don’t have mine set to optimized or anything, and I do tend to plug it in when I’m in my car, not paying attention to where the battery is at the time. It bluetooths to my car play, but I always feel like that kills the battery more quickly, so I plug it in.

Manufacture date, November, 2023
First use, February, 2024

Cycle count is 343
Battery health is 93%

Probably 6ish months ago, my battery health was 98, so it’s degraded a good bit recently. I’m not too worried about it, since I’ll likely trade it in when 17s come out.

I wonder if manufacturer matters? I'm noticing a large difference between some people. Some are closer to 80% and others are closer to 100%.

For the longest time I was at 97% battery health, but it's degraded down to 94% over the past 10-15 cycles.

Trying not to worry about it too much, but I'm wondering if the summer heat here in Georgia could be effecting things. Phone gets pretty warm when I use the GPS while driving.
