Titan Gray iPhone in action 🎥

I think it would also look awesome if it had a glossy finish in the back of the iPhone. ⚪️ 🤍

The gold offered for the iPhone XS/XS Max was the best version. I loved mine! My Mom still uses an XS and it still looks great!
I agree. It was stunning. I briefly had a gold XS Max. I was devastated to have to return it because the display gave me migraines.

I had to switch to a yellow XR. I liked the XR panels but didn't like how they colored the aluminum.

I really liked how Apple used to come out with so many interesting shades of gold and rose gold iPhones and I think the XS Max I had was the most beautiful of them.

I know I said I didn’t want another blue iPhone, but I just may get blue this year. I’m undecided on blue and silver.
It's hard to tell. I'm not sure we are seeing any real representations, just renders. Even the ones of phones in hands, are those just mock ups?

Some of these samples of blue give me a feeling of tranquility when I look at them. That makes blue tempting to me. But so far in my real world use with various cases, I get the best results for my personality and tastes with the white/silver 12 Pro Max refurb I got a couple of months ago.

I haven't had a white and silver iPhone since I tried an iPhone X. I'm really enjoying how bright and energizing it looks with my semi transparent abstract flowered cases.

I also really enjoyed my original gold 12 Pro max I had a couple of years ago.

The thing is titanium can be anodized to achieve some really vibrant shades of purple, gold, blue and green. Sadly we won’t ever see these colors used. View attachment 2250594
Seems the palette for anodized titanium is quite broad (no affiliation with the link below, for educational purposes only)...

Pro lineup is made of stainless steel, difficult to get red color.
mainstream phone is made of Al, it is possible to get red color.
I wish they would just ditch stainless steel and make them all aluminum. I find the steel on phones to actually be worse because it gets all grubby in a way aluminum never gets. Plus, I want real colors!

I would KILL for a titanium rainbow option!
Most powerful pride month color ever, lol.

The blue that Apple offered for the 12 Pro/Pro Max was the best. I used to have Samsung phones in the past (they always did a nice blue) and I had been waiting for Apple to put out a nice blue color; they finally did with that phone. I went back to gold for the 14 Pro Max, this time around. Its nice, but not as nice as my XS Max lol. I just upgraded last year from my old 12 Pro Max, so I might hold off till the 16 Pro Max next year.

I still have my gold XS Max and my Pacific Blue 12PM, and I just can’t give them up. I will be trading in my deep purple 14PM, while trying to decide between silver or blue for the 15PM.

It’s so weird because a little over a month ago I did the opposite as you and went from a 14 Pro Max to a 12 Pro Max! Quite a bounce back!

I am going to try the 15 Pro Max. I just can’t decide what color to get. While I don’t think any of these colors are bold and exciting, I do think they all potentially will look attractive in a very subdued way.

My current 12 Pro Max is silver and white and looks so cheery in a clear case with bright flowers on it with the white peeking through.

My original 12 Pro Max that I traded away for a Sierra Blue 13 Pro Max (which I also couldn’t use) was gold. I was in love with the gold color while I had it. (I liked the Serra Blue at first but did get tired of it eventually).

I just wanted to try something different this time. I did briefly have a Pacific Blue 12 Pro. It was beautiful in daylight, but in my house lighting it sometimes looked almost brown! That’s what happens with our warm toned lights on a dark matte finish.

I still have the purple 14 Pro Max. I can’t use it without it giving me a bad headache. I really love that purple color but if I want to afford a 15 Pro Max I have to trade it in. If I can’t use a 15 Pro Max I will send it back and keep my purple iPhone another year. It is a backup phone for my husband.

I never had a deep blue Samsung but my husband did. It was beautiful. I think it was a S9+. My S9+ was purple. I am a purple fanatic. But I’m not disappointed that there’s no purple iPhones this year. I like to see Apple change it up every year.

Without knowing for sure yet what the colors really will look like, based on all these mock ups flying around, I also am drawn to silver and blue the most, so far.

I'm wondering if the titan Grey will look more like the 47,5? If so then I can see why they went away from gold this year as that has a slight gold hue

I guess so far as the titanium itself is concerned , a new material for the iPhone ,and a material that Apple has only had two colours for before even for the Apple Watches that had it (I think there were titanium upgrade options for the Watch series 6 and 7 long before the Watch Ultra came along) silver and space black , it will be interesting to see how the titanium actually looks in the flesh in these 4 new colours.

I presume all 4 will be anodised to achieve their particular color ,but which would be closest to the color of titanium ? Silver rather than grey ?

The guy from Zollotech suggested Titan grey would be similar to titanium.

I’m tempted to use the 15 Pro without a case so I would I want to get the most “scratch friendly” color.

I never tried a titanium watch. Do you know if titanium scratches easily? I can’t remember what I read on the topic a couple of years ago.
