I’m doing a purge and it seems like some people caught some strays. You guys can enter again but I’m going to make it a little more strict to get into. Had some brands (confirmed) lurking in there for good and bad reasons.
Appears I was a victim of The Purge as well...

Not keen paying $140 for a leather case.
Yeah but even here in London itself, with 15%-off discount code the Ryan London one is £50.15, so A$170 (~£70) is not too bad. Only leather silicon button case there is right now, so no choice if its leather you want with said button.

I'll add some pics of my black when it arrives early next week. ;-)

Don't mind the nomad cut out and get to use the real button.
RL buttons seem to stick out alot, hard to have it all.

...actually it's only A$117.30 (~£59) using code 15OFF – pretty good shipping price for Oz, IMO:

D Brand Skin Review here!

Product:

I finally swooped up a 16 Pro at a great price, Thanks Swappa! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the color, Desert Titanium, but I wasn't too worried about it since I would be using a Peel Case.

I did some searching on skins, specifically camera area skins and landed on the D Brand linked above.

I went with Matte black and just wanted the back skin, not the full coverage. Anyway, the shipping was quick (3 days to me in Iowa), and when the package arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging and they also included an extra full coverage kit as well. Full coverage means it also covers the sides of the phone and not just the back and camera area.

That meant I now had 2 shots at getting the camera area perfect and the future option of covering up the sides.

Anyway, I was stoked to be able to get a black/gold look for this phone with no branding showing when the case is off as well.

Installation was 95% easy, until it came down to smoothing out the contoured area around the camera. A hairdryer and patience made quick work of it though.

Installation instructional video:

Camera install, it helped to have a small dental pick to press everything down in those tight spaces.

Full back install, again hairdryer helped lay the skin down around the camera area and activate the adhesive while leaving the thin skin area pliable.

Side View

All wrapped up and a rear view with the peel case on.

Ordered a thin Pitaka, supposed to be here today, now looking like Monday :(
That's what I'm in now. Been a leather case for forever and this year I've been in Thinny thin cases most. Now in the Thin black pitaka that has the grey camera lip. Matches so perfectly with the Natty TI. Also have been using the Latercase a ton. They are fun as well.

Does anyone know what the tax rate is when ordering directly from Pitaka? For a USA customer. Thanks.

Got the Benks Prestige in today. Only thing I’m not impressed with at first impression is the loose buttons that rattle and move a lot.

I really like the weight, fit and thickness of the case. Trying to decide whether I’ll try to ignore the loose buttons, try an exchange or return.

Anyone get one that has firm buttons? Those with more experience with Benks cases, is this just how their floating buttons always are?

Both of mine are fairly loose. Just the way it is.

Unsubscribed from Tee sadly if that’s how he treats us. Plenty of other YouTubers. Arguably better as well.

I had two Benks Pro cases last year and both had rattly buttons that were misaligned. I keep saying it, but they really need to up their QC game. I’m tired of returning their cases.
