What are folks experience with the nomad rugged, especially when it comes to handling and the camera control cut out? I am worried about drop protection there given it's just glass. So wondering if it's better to opt for a case with CC protection. Was hoping to give it a try, but it's still a pricey for where I am. saw there's sometimes larger discount code that some folks get. Are those common or odd events?

I got the Tineeowl new version with the camera control cover and it's probably the best of the cases I've tried so far. Better and cheaper than Caudabe Sheath.
My favourite is still the Spigen Thin Fit but the camera control cutout is absolute ass and I just can't use it. Such a shame cause they finally added MagSafe to the thin fit only for it to be ruined by camera control.

Any thoughts on the ESR Cyber Tough case for the 16 base?
I've traditionally been an Otterbox Defender user but the huge CC cutout is very un-Defender like in terms of protection.
The cutout in the ESR at least looks to provide some level of protection.

So… I ordered the sillicone case in Ultramarine. Couldn’t resist. Selling the Sheath, Synthesis and Mous. Time to clean up.

I have a White Ti iphone 16 Pro. I am set on keeping an Apple Silicone case, along with the Pitaka Tactile Woven case I have. My minor problem is which Apple Silicone color will go best with my White Ti phone? I have the Ultramarine color now, and although like the brightness, it is a little "purple" for me. I saw the Denim color in he store and that could work too, but I don't want to blindly swap.
I know it is all personal preference, but what color Apple silicone case would you recommend for the white iphone 16 Pro?
Alternate Question: If you think that the Ultramarine is the best color for the White iphone pro, maybe I am not using a decent color background. I've tried purplish and blueish. What types of background would go with this case?

I also have a white 16 pro and am using the stone grey.
Compliment each other perfectly.
Have used denim in the past which is also a great match but I get bored of colour, quickly

I may not be much help as I like more girly colors but I tried the black, grey, plum and fuchsia. I like the fuchsia best because I like the more “girly” colors. I was hoping for a white or a pastel color but it didn’t happen at least for the fall launch.
I personally like the ultramarine and the fuchsia best on the white. The denim is pretty nice too but it’s a little manly for me. I didn’t try the lake green but that didn’t look bad either.
As far as backgrounds I usually color Match my case (I have a few for both the ultramarine and the fuchsia cases as my son has the ultramarine so I did up some wallpapers for him). I use photo wizard app to recolor some of my walls to match my cases.
The colors were tough this year. Thankfully I like the fuchsia enough! But I typically don’t go for bright colors but more pastels or white. Hopefully the spring colors are better and around the corner.
The Spigen Tough Armor T is a heavy duty case with a very good camera control button. Personally I’d choose it over the Otterbox and ESR.
Agree, however this case is only available for the 16 Pro, not the base.
You're right. They referred me back to the retailer. Although they did admit in the email that the bumps are manufacturing issue and should be addressed by the retailer.
How is the edge above the camera control? Rigid enough or floppy like most? Wondering if this might replace the Tough Armor as my HD case for the rare times when I need that type of protection…
Definitely not floppy. It's just a little deep, otherwise I'm fine with the cutout on the Nomad rugged.
Plus, the rugged is only $36.00 now on the Nomad site.

Thanks for your replies about which color Apple Silicone case will go best with the White Ti 16 Pro. I appreciate your feedback. It sounds like if I want to move away from the Ultramarine, the Stone Grey and Denim would be best (for me).
I have a couple of weeks to decide. In the meantime, I did find a Wallpaper than goes pretty well with the Ultramarine case I have now (see below).

Yeah that’s a good one. The other two choices are so good with the white titanium. I’ve been kinda eyeing the denim and lake green but I’m going to wait for spring colors first.
I know I should probably wait a week or two to see if there’s any spring colors but this one now tempts me! Looks good on the white too…ugh. Buy or wait??
