Here ‘tis. Really nice case. The effing fit is god-tier… wow. Feels great in the hand too, and thankfully, for all the lefty’s in the crowd, the CC button disappears like it does on the Apple Silicone and Spigen UHT. Speaking of, much to my astonishment, somehow PR made a great CC button using the normally sucky copper rod design. It’s at least as good as the Spigen, and is well within what I’d consider perfectly usable. The hand feel also belies the actual weight, which is something I noticed about the Gen5 last year. I think this is because the grips make it more relaxing to hold, hence feeling lighter than it actually is.

So fit, hand feel, buttons, CC button, drop protection, overall quality - pretty much everything is spot on. I wish they would’ve made this case in September, which would’ve saved a lot of time, money, and monkeying around.

Okay
Looking for a case, and it seems impossible to find a case with these specs:

open bottom
bigger cut out at the camera control button, like this one:

nice leather, or even better vegan leather
but if it's not leather this would be okay as well.
But it seems there is no case with open bottom and the bigger CC button cut out? Seems odd to me, since the open button and the bigger cut out seem to match in the philosophy of leaving some open spots?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Rolf

Don’t mean to rain on the parade but those fiber lines are definitely squiggly. Can’t unsee it.
Here’s a perpendicular shot with some guidelines overlaid. It’s pretty much straight. I think the low angle combined with the wide angle (16mm) lens was creating an optical illusion, or at least grossly exaggerating any slight imperfection. I thought I should post this so that @Hooterville doesn’t lose too much sleep. 😉
